Short version: RACE is not only a noun, it's a verb.
Enjoy getting there, don't panic-draft just to get to the
lead and not know what to do with it.
You can't treat it like an eight lapper on a public server.

Good luck everyone.

You can't use more than 3 digits to define car names.
IIRC I've seen others define the 16h cars as FX6,XR6, FZ6

Mike, are you just updating the version using the TC Admin panel, or are you replacing your. srv files with newer versions too?
With the ever-changing updates, if you aren't updating the srv's with ALL of the commands, itcould cause you issues.
Also, make sure you cleanly disconnect Airio b4 you update the version in CP, type !quit, or it could damage your sta files, and you would need to replace them with a backup.

Quote from hotmail :

cool down, he just miss read the first post

Was just a question. Don't take it as hostility.
But I guess that's the general consensus of LFS forums lately...

He went from XP to Windows 7, why would Vista theme have anything to do with it?

Am I missing something?

Quote from Mell1234 :I have my rotations working fine however, the first race is always determined by whatever is configured in the LFS server config and the airio config kicks in only after an 'end race', how do I make it use the airio config straight away?

mell

AFAIK you could either configure your server laps to match the first track in your rotation, or simply end race to next track.

Haven't ever really found another way myself....

what? Lol
Um, first I never said you didn't have the right to protest
Second, you were the one that brought up the FM drafting video, to which I said I didn't give two shits about.
Third, I did tell you I thought it was kinda bs that u report me for one mistake,
after asking me for setup help, especially when you've made multiple problems in these sessions.
Ive tried to tell you over and over, don't put yourself in a position to get into trouble. But you would rather focus on placing blame.
You call me or anyone else elitist? Right, I am far from that. But I do know when to listen to the voice of experience, and that mostly comes from FM.
I've spent all of these sessions moving around testing peoples skills, and there are few not in FM that I know I can trust.

Good luck next week, I really don't need this bs.

Quote from Bmxtwins :Sure if I had that money I'd be at iRacing too.

For what you spend on a server in LFS and your hosting, you can go iRacing.

Or you can mow your neighbors lawn every other week :P

Quote from NotAnIllusion :Yes, LFS says I finished and my time goes up on the list. At this point, the completed races doesn't increment.

I don't allow manual restart votes, it would be possible for one person to hog the whole track. Countdown timer is also not practical, my server just doesn't work like that. Here's how it goes:

There are 5 people on the server, one joins the track. 10 seconds into his run the next person can join the track etc.. When a driver crosses the finish line, they are automatically spectated. They can now do another run.

Conventional finishing of a race or a restart doesn't work because drivers can be starting and finishing the course every 10 sec for any length of time. I have a hack solution for this, I can get my own AX InSim script to send '/end' after x-hours has passed on that layout, but since this is a realistic track rotation scenario I thought it'd be nice to have it available in AIRIO too.

If you have PROS version, you can use the SheduledCommand= to initiate LFS commands at specific intervals(by server time).....if that's what you're looking to do.
For example, I use it on a server to enable, at the top of every hour,10 minutes of practice, followed by 15 minutes of qualifying, then a 20 minute race, with 5 or so minute breaks in between.
